Reminiscent of old Florida where the beaches don't have any buildings on them and the beautiful sea turtles come to nest their eggs. A two-time, All American City winner, Delray Beach is known for its' many art festivals, crazy and fun St. Patricks Day Parade, eclectic and amusing store fronts, mom and pop gourmet and foodie fare, live music at several venues like Bostons on the beach, our cultural affairs, and our pristine beaches. It's a haven for the artsy type, the savior fare and the sun worshipers. It's mystic, soothing, exciting, easy going and yet very chic all at the same time. The location of this unit puts you right into the heart of the good stuff. Only 8 blocks to the Ave and few blocks from the beach and right on a corner, point lot in the wide intracoastal waterway. Everything is walkable and bikable and all the basic amenities you could possibly think of are literally around the corner!

BOAT DOCKAGE AVAILABLE ONSITE!!! There are two 90' docks on the property and Exciting and Entertaining Atlantic Avenue is only 8 blocks away. A mere 5 min bike ride to both the Avenue and the fabulous beaches and I have bikes for your perusal. Most all is walkable form this advantageous location. Public Boat Ramp, Walgreens, Emergency Clinic, Yoga and banks are 2 blocks away, ABC Liquors, Papa Johns, dental services, car rental services, nutrition store, barber shop, dive shop are right across the street. Grocery shopping, CVS, department stores, movie theater, fast food, and at least 25 restaurants only a few blocks away. Various Gyms are located about 10 blocks away. Around the corner are bus services and on the AVE, you can pick up the free "Downtown Roundabout" which takes you directly to the local trains where you can connect to all three airports, Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami Beach! l'm known as Delray Girl around here and can supply my guests with almost any information they may need both touristy and also off the beaten path. I'm a native South Floridian and know Palm Beach, Miami and Ft. Lauderdale quite well also. I can set you up with boating/fishing/kayaking/canoeing/water skiing services, surf boards and paddle boards, even jet skis. And many boat related services will pick you up right at your door on the dock! I can make recommendations on places to dine, shop, party, the best hair dresser this side of NYC, and which spas and massage parlours will meet your needs. And if you are the adventurous type, I can offer you a chance to come very, very close to the alligators in their own natural habitat. And you wont find this place on any website. No tourist have been here as this place is very special. The Lady Atlantic cruises down the Intracoastal quite often carrying interested tourist who point fingers our way in awe of the beautiful homes on the waterway! Lay in the hammock overlooking all the yachts go by and then a fast boat now and then, a sail boat next, a kayaker after and then a pair of jet skis. And yet its sublimely peaceful!
